Roughly how much space you occupy, where, and when your lease expires is enough to start. If a landlord has already approached you about renewal, mention it.

What happens after you write to us

We reply within one working day, usually asking when your lease expires and whether you have estimated your restoration obligation. Most occupiers have not.

We act for you only. We hold no landlord instructions on any building, which is why the shortlist you receive is not shaped by anything else.

An occupancy cost review is fixed-fee standalone work and regularly finds operating expense charges that do not match the lease.

Our fee basis is disclosed in writing before you engage us, including who pays it.
